When do we ship?
We ship on regular business days, Monday through Friday. Saturday, Sunday, and holidays are not considered business days for order processing.

Delivery Timing
All orders should arrive within the timeframes shown above. Your order may arrive sooner depending on your shipping destination. When you choose Ground shipping, packages are delivered Monday through Saturday, 8am to 7pm. Orders sent by Express or Overnight shipping are delivered Monday through Friday, 8am to 7pm.
Please note — We are unable to ship to a P.O. Box. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses or while recipients are on vacation. Please order accordingly, or contact us if your recipient will be unavailable to receive the package.
