Enclose the form and necklace in a shipping box. Please do not ship in envelopes.
Ship
Bring the package to your local FedEx or UPS drop off center to insure and ship. Keep your tracking number.
Email Acknowledgement
We'll notify you when we receive the package. Our Customer Care Team will contact you if additional information is needed.
Returned to You
Your necklace will be restrung and shipped back to you via FedEx ($6.95 within the U.S.), normally between 10-14 days. Expedited shipping available upon request.
