Heather (left) is the mother to Tatum. Jennifer (right) is mother to Caley and Quinn.
Here’s a sweet note we received from Jan Hahn about how special her granddaughters are and how they adore Add-A-Pearls.
“Next Tuesday, February 14, 2017, my husband and I will be married 47 years. We were married on Valentine's Day in 1970. I have a heart shaped diamond as my wedding ring. I will turn 72 on Wednesday, Feb 15th.
We have 3 granddaughters, Quinn, Tatum and Caley -- our only grandchildren and we try to treat them equally and gift them equally
I started an Add-A-Pearl necklace on Quinn's first birthday and Jennifer said "I can't believe I didn't think of that!" At Christmas I added to Quinn’s necklace and I am still in the process of adding to her necklace. She is now 6 years old.
My daughter, Heather, has a June birthday and I had always bought her pearls for special occasions. I knew that I wanted to give my granddaughter Quinn an Add-A-Pearl necklace for her June birthday and pearl happens to be her birthstone. Quinn Katherine is the daughter of my daughter Jennifer.
Eventually I will buy a pearl necklace for Tatum and Caley to be worn on special occasions as they get older. We talked about putting a diamond on the clasp for Caley (her birth stone - lucky her) and Tatum's birth stone on the clasp for her.
I like to personalize gifts for them and now they are into jewelry, which is fun (but also expensive).
I also bought 3 sets of pearl stud pierced earrings: one each for Tatum (9), Caley (8), and Quinn who is 6 and does not have pierced ears yet so they have been put in a safe place).
My granddaughters are thrilled with their pearls!”
Thank you Jan for giving us a glimpse of your beautiful family!
