Return Policy
At the Add-A-Pearl company, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We are dedicated to delighting you with your add-a-pearl purchases for many years. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase you may return it within 30 days (of the date your order was shipped) for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping charges unless you have received a damaged or incorrect item.
For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return.

Refunds can be expected within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. Refunds will be credited to the same form of payment used in your original purchase.
Engraved items are Non-Refundable.
